re: Ann: Preliminary Final Report and Financi... The trial regimen was planned as 2 week cycles for 8 mths, or around 18 cycles.
The Peeters study saw approx 25% PFS over 8 mths using FOLFIRI. (My interpolation of Kaplan-Meier plot)
The same study saw only approx 6% of patients with a PFS of 14 mths on FOLFIRI (equiv to 30 cycles in ACL study).
It's good to hear some patients have received 30 cycles, but the success of the trial is dictated by what's happening at the median, not the outliers. Hopefully 30 cycles on FOLF(HA)IRI is a more normal result than for FOLFIRI and no longer such an outlier.
