the difference with AIDS and Ebola in regards to RSG is that Ebola, due to its immediate and drastic affects and ease of transfer (basically like the common cold) can cause country to shut down i.e. Sierra Leone where everyone is ordered to stay at home for a few days while health staff check on them. Thus it would directly impact on the personnel available and the operations of the mine.
