There are no terms agreed yet, just an estimated engagement of 1 or 2 days a month, so easy enough to walk away from for both parties giving nothing agreed.
IMO he will never consult for us and it will be spun as cost saving as we are in preservation mode as we “finalise” finance with all the interested parties.
