hi prap, this may finally be the case where that theory actually has credence. IF there is to be a CR funds to be raised will be dependent on the current sp, obviously. This stock has gone from languishing to drifting downwards, worst possible scenario for a potential CR.

Is the ‘seller’ excluded from participating IF a CR is on the cards?, SIOs current position?, can anybody actually show their holding positions; buy and sell movements since they have become a major holder?

way to much ‘murkiness’ here, ‘hype’ should be selling this story, (hype that seemingly has some substance for once).

yes the company is capital ‘poor’ but a impending deal ‘should’ be negating that you would imagine, anyway ....
