Interesting.
I have long thought that the exit strategy (a buyout) would be occurring about now / in the next little while.
The M&A 'buy and sell' side service is the item that took my attention.
Glad to see that a 'hole' has been plugged in this regard.
An interesting end of 2021 might be await.
Obviously some other possibilities at play here including dual listings, etc but I am 'stuck' on the buyout path.
