it is crazy that $350k of the target of $950k is either costs of the raise or repaying the loan (money now spent). if you put your money in (and I think no one will buy shares) you have to believe they raise the full $950k (when they raised only $75k last time). all this while the loan issuer could have bought shares but thought a loan was a better investment.
