They have not ordered the LLI's. They have only started the procurement PROCESS, i.e. obtaining tenders etc.

"The procurement process for long lead items is anticipated to take approximately six to twelve months and include finalising tender documents, placing orders with selected manufacturers, and delivery to site."

IMO, they should have been doing the "procurement process" (i.e. obtaining tenders etc) at the time of when they did the $45m CR as that was their intention to use the funds to order the LLI's, question needs to be asked why they didn't they put the motions of the "procurement process" in place at the time for these LLI's. They then could have then ordered the items quicker in line with the PEPR approval as the "procurement process" would have been out of the way, and the timelines would not have been pushed out to first half of 2024. Disappointing with push out on the timelines, considering we were "going to break ground in Feb 2022", this is a more than two year delay from the initial breaking ground date!
