Based on below there could still be some room for more BOA:
On baseline case average across 3 years there is still 28,000 t/pa and for year 1 based on production of 50,000 t/pa
On max volume case using same calcs there is ~23,000t/pa of spare capacity in year 1 so we still could see a HRM BOA.
