Thanks - i hope your right.....I appreciate and understand that no 2 PERP's are the same, however I am guessing that the SA governments resources to review and approve PERP's is not unlimited, if anything probably the opposite....and my guess is that given they are still dealing with PERP's submitted a year ago - there might be a bit of a queue before they get to ADN's PERP submitted this month.....and assuming it was submitted this month because that was said in the same interview where JM said they would be fully operational next year, which we now know to be false !!
