just leaves it even more likely for a t/o in my opinion. management have burned a few bridges by now, not entirely their fault, the market cap got to ridiculous levels., and they've had a hard time managing expectations ever since. takeover would resolve some of the bad blood from the project, and would obviously be a cleaner path to production for someone with cash.. say a regional neighbour with 600mil in the kitty like iluka? just my own speculation, but have always thought it would be a good fit for them. not in the least bit stressed about current price, market cap is still huge so could take a while to work out support. holding til production, in one form or another.
