Not a great announcement. The ML and PERP notwithstanding, I'd have presumed they'd have 'commenced procurement' of these items a long time ago, at least by sending out preliminary inquiries and tenders. To hear they're just starting now makes me wonder what they've been doing the past six months.
Also, we've had talk of a 'plant' and a 'pilot plant', and now we've got a 'starter plant' producing 50,000 tonnes per annum. I don't recall any of this in the DFS. though I probably need to review it.
