@Mako4 Unless this is a deliberate ploy to transition back to DSO or pave the way for a takeover, that's about my guess. Despite all the huff and puff and trips abroad and LOIs, they can't secure sales for the product so they can't secure financing. As a consequence, they're opting for a junior burger plant that produces less and costs less.
Next week will be very interesting. They have to respond to all this, and do so candidly, openly and without the usual BS optimism.
