Accepting the sale of ADN to Imerys for 10c.
The conspiracy theorist in me has delivered this conclusion off the back of the last couple of years of being misled.
Step 1 - get share price into all ords to allow shorting.
Step 2 - suppress share price
Step 3 - disapoint holder and then offer the takeover solution.
Hoping I'm wrong, not an easy announcement to digest.
