Yes, that's true. The question I have is which came first, the chicken or the egg. In other words, was the downgrading of initial production to a 'starter plant' producing 50kt pa always their intention? Or is it the result of failing to secure BOAs? And also, does it mean the IMCD LOI is now dead in the water, since there's no means of meeting any significant order until 2025 or beyond?

Those are just too many questions that shouldn't have to be asked at this stage. There's a DFS in place and the pathway to production should be clear. Instead, we're all sitting around saying WTF. But I suspect we'll get another coffee with Samso soon to explain how we've got it all wrong.
