Can see now why the wall at $0.105 could not be broken ... Despite JM claiming there were many many financers talking to them (can't remember the exact number but it was double digits) - with this starter plant perhaps they can't get the finance across the line as stated in the DFS. And yes, lost time here has cost way more than the capital destruction of the SP.
