The staged approach in the DFS is on page 2, a staged approach to reach ore throughput of 600ktpa. The DFS had a 2 year ramp up in stage 1 to 300kt of ore throughput from 1 Jul 23 to 30 Jun 25. The update has now changed to a 3 year ramp up from H1 2024. The delay in production commencement as well as the likely additional year added in ramp up has a significant impact to revenue and NPV.
In my opinion, and in contrast to Digger's last comment, this doesn't align with the DFS and is a significant enough update to warrant it's own announcement
