Incorrect. I had a million MEP which I still have now in the form of 1.15m ADN. If ADN would have paid me 20c I would have been laughing, as I had held for over 12 months.
ADN paid 1.15ADN per MEP and not a $ figure, which in terms of % was a slight discount, especially on NNT
The only people that would have been paid 20c is those overseas investors who were ineligible for the TO scrip offer and that was a small %
I am still up on my MEP shares converted to ADN though, even after these dark days, and I am sitting tight.
