Hi Dazza,
I'll have a crack at answering this one. This is all from some quick googling so please take it with a grain of salt.
The A100's power draw looks to be 300W. But looks like it went end of sale in January 2024 with L40s as a possible replacement.
L40s has power consumption of 350W.
Looks like H200 is also used for AI and is higher end and power consumption is up to 700W.
No doubt there's other model cards as well but I don't know which one(s) are sold in the highest qty's for use in AI.
Hope this helps a bit, and very happy for someone more knowledgeable to step in and correct this or add to it.
