I fully agree with your assessment. the point I was trying to make, which I could have written better, is that some shareholders that are probably against the delist are panic selling now prior to vote thus driving down price. The amount of shares on the sell side increased post delist announcement showing the lack of support in my view. It would be better if they did not sell and just voted in my view or ask for SP prices in a higher range as a compensatory premium. However I can understand why they would want to sell. IMO
