It makes me laugh when I read the non-oppie holders talk about voting no because of dilution. How long do you honestly think they can go without raising funds. At least if this goes through the injection of funds will via existing holders (and anyone with any real skin in the company already holds a stack of oppies). The only way the oppies get converted is if the drill paints a pretty picture and therefore the MC will be much higher. If drilling is a duster then oppie holders won’t convert but company will still have to raise again to try and find something else to keep it a going concern (and guess what they’ll throw in to sweeten the deal - free oppies). One way or another they will need more funds this year. I’d be more concerned with the drill and less concerned with the big bad oppie holders
