Personally I will accept mine... but REALLY view these schemes as either
A) a CAP on the future share price if the share price does exceed 10c, because new buyers look at the overhang of options and aren't willing to buy.
B)or they end up being a negative if not in the money and annoy those whole bought because the company originally offered them as a reward for loyalty. A kick in the soft bits ;-)
