This company is a perfect example of why you must do due diligence before investing. The first thing I do now is look into the history of the directors and how many previous iterations of the company there may have been. If they have a track record of failed companies and keep reinventing themselves I don't touch it. I got burnt by IGE for failing to do this. I found out after the fact that they had a terrible history of failed companies. They are now in liquidation. An expensive albeit valuable lesson. I will never make that mistake again.
