Where does it say what he has to do?.....Does he just get these performance shares for nothing? Is there any logo's etc he has to wear? The company,as I see it, is at an inflection point anyway and if the company is promoted to the right investors then it will go up rather than being sold down by holders with $10 worth of stock.....
