I think the worst part of this deal is that (assuming the Scheme of Arrangement is successful) even if you wanted to hang on for the ride and accepted the "Mixed Consideration" of $1.20 and 0.7 shares in RollCo, RollCo will only own 10.7% - 20% of BidCo (whereby BidCo will acquire 100% of issued capital of iProperty that REA does not already own) with REA owning 80% - 89.3% 0f BidCo. So from my reading the most exposure you will get is up to 20% of IPP unless you buy REA shares.
