the resource MAY have value but it is conditional on and contingent to a vast number of things bedded down. not least of all a logistics deal and port deal. without that the resource is worthless. literally.

traxys have agreed to be a middle man and will endeavour to sell the product to end users. if no end users want it then traxys are nothing.
its an agreement to agree. nothing more.

so all the work is still ahead of management to even get this half real and all that looks like has been accomplished under NBSB was an agreement to agree.
