Well I think Bob hasn't cut his losses, he has done the job he was bought in to do and that was turn the company around, and do the deals of getting ADN top quality binding contracts. Bob is a deal maker with his contacts in Europe.
So with those binding contracts Bob hands the reigns over to Luke Anderson who has the skills to take ADN to the next faze of a explorer with all the government approvals, binding contracts etc.to a mining company with a product that is in short supply and with growing demand for high quality kaolin.
So i believe ADN will get there, i know its be frustrating and the waiting hard.
