Listing it primary on the Nasdaq isn't the issue, it's a good move if that's where your main source of revenue comes from. However it's timing right after the market experienced the covid crash, and the subsequently reverse split (you can't really get a bigger red flag than a RS) didn't exactly gave me the idea of competent management. Redomicilication should have been postponed, at least a year till this covid crap has settled down. We saw what happened in China with its overfilled hospitals, one could expect thesame happening in the states and the effects it would have.

As I've understood from another post on this forum the Japan approval is "very soon", according to Mr. Perry. Why not wait with a capital raising untill this? It would significantly raise the SP, making a capital raise that much easier and needing to give out less shares, directly having a lesser impact on the SP.

all in all I still have high confidence in the recell product, however management is "questionable" at best, not in the very least caused by Mr Perry's salary.
