    Sorry guys I will vote against resolution 7.

    Because David Wheeler is a director of THD. All the THD directors are very bad. If he become a director of WOF, he will sell all the oil blocks to his brother or wife for a total price of $100. Just like he did on THD.
    I am happy to vote for for other resolutions.
