APX has had 2 confirmed by mgt takeover bids,
Also previous CEO was not upto the task,new CEO promoted internally
seems to be a young,hungry ceo.wants to get his $1.65 options in the money !!!
and mgt are open to offers for its various businesses,
both did not complete due dilligance.inoddata wanted apx for inod stock,inod was $7
now $19.
APX is really a US stock,mgt is based in states,most board members too.
Apx competitors are valued much higher multiples than ASX.mostly 10X,or more.
anyway.thats my 2 cents.take it,leave it...
