I would think they would got a bargain; they are on the ball and got a once in a life time opportunity
but they are irrational with the deal leaks, they should be keeping the eye on the prize rather than chuck a fit and walk because of leaks but it could be a bullshit excuse because I don't think they can get it for $1 any way which I reckon what they are aiming for.
