I thought with this deal between UNV and CZA the Unv holders...

    I thought with this deal between UNV and CZA the Unv holders would get the 20c for their shares and the one CZA share included.
    Does that not mean if CZA shares go up we benefit to the value of CZA rising or falling share price???
