It'll be lik eall the other extensions - on the last day, which is the annoying part (when they have extended). If they still can't seal commercial terms then i'd be worried. It's an important thing but having worked in companies and seen similar deals, if it was super urgent and down to the wire (and both parties were interested in getting it done) they could hurry and pump this out faster.
Lol, they aren't going to randomly give us a distribution now whether the takeover goes through or not. That is 110% guaranteed.
