I don't get the sell down. I thought this sentence was quite comforting on page 3: "Subject tosatisfactory completion of due diligence processes by KfW IPEX-Bank, the submission is expectedto be made to the German Government by KfW IPEX-Bank during the current quarter. Securingapproval for the Untied Loan Guarantee is a critical milestone in the Epanko financing process."
