To reiterate what I actually DID say:

"He is PAID to 'sell' the company to investors
It is his JOB to portray the company in a good light
He has already roped in 5 mil worth of investors money based on HIS RECOMMENDATION
He receives a DIRECT BENEFIT from VRC shares doing well"

So, of course, you will get an unbiased opinion from him, won't you!! Incidentally, I've got a used car you may be interested in...

yep that’s one view. The other could be that his professional position gets him close enough to the detail required for him to make a decision and/or professional judgement and then share that.
none of us hold the power to be right about everything but we all have the right to a view.
