Let's say NVX needs to have the extra 800 million eventually. However, it doesn't mean they need to have all the cash right now. It doesn't make sense for any project to pay everything upfront. Similarly like the grant, I think the grant will not arrive at once, instead, it will get released in a few rounds, the thing is, the money comes from the US government and it is publically announced, it doesn't matter when it arrives, but it will arrive within the project duration, why? because it is the US government and the department of energy.

Besides, the deal will be signed soon, which means they will either get offtake agreements or DOE loan applications announced very very soon (way before the deal is officially signed), when that happens, I can't imagine what it means to the share price, 50% up or 100% up, or even more. I don't see any reason that will stop NVX to get these extra funds. This is not a penny company like five years ago, they have the factory, prof Jeff Dahn, and big companies like Phillip 66, Kore power, and Emera. There were 200+ companies applying for the grant, but only 21 get selected by the Department of Energy, why? Maybe think about it? Did the management make some tricks on the government? I don't think so, I don't think the government doesn't do any investigation before deciding who gets the grant and who doesn't.

Now, the question for you is, you don't hold anything, and you kept spreading negative sentiments consistently, why? What do you get? nothing right? Unless someone is paying you to do that.
