I have observed the biggest issues TNT has and must be resolved asap are as follows
1. It is not run as public company. It is more like charity with so many free goodies like free options and free shares for both Management and staffs.
Even it did not meet KPI they still got goodies. This must be stopped immediately. This is not a charity. No more excuses.
2. We had eaten too many companies. This must be stopped now and we must grow organicall y.
3. Staff numbers are too high particularly there are too many layers in Management. It is not run as lean and as effective and efficiently. TNT must cull the staffs and costs must be restraint. In this climate this is key. Even big IT like MS etc cut their staffs. If we do not do this the key for costs.

If Geoff does not change this asap we are doomed.
