They are fine tuning the business for instance by decreasing operating expenses, having newly introduced cancellation fee, reducing leakage etc. They will continue to refine in the coming quaters, so when its time for growth, its ready to fly. There are lots of companies where insiders hold over 40 percent. Tim alone holds 10 percent shares, 48 million shares. If share price goes to $1, its $48 million for him. Its in their best interest to increase the share price. Lack of progress means share price going south. Why would anyone want that?
