Looks like very unethical behaviour imo. Maybe that was the plan all along. They have no loyalty or even care about PET. They saw a business with $10m in the bank and could take the business with no personal outlay and then tried to use the funds for "investment purposes" which could mean take from PET and give to AKP. I hope this wasn't the case but it's hard to see it any other way. What a mess.
