Biotron is run like an academic institution, not a commercial enterprise.

If we get to the next AGM I will be voting against all of their resolutions but I can't see us making it that far and doubt they'll want to face the wrath of their investors.

When it's over the lawyers will have a field day with MM and the BOD.

I can't see how they can justify their market annoucements over the last 12 months and can't help thinking the announcements in the lead up to last year's AGM were designed to avoid tough questions. I don't think they intended the annoucements to cause the spike in the share price that it did but since then I don't think the market has been properly informed so a lot of people have been burnt and have significant losses including myself (albeit paper losses for the time being). I've accepted my investment is a write off but I intend to hold them to account as I'm sure other will too.
