Some “contributors” (I use the term loosely) do have their personal axe to grind and show it… incessantly. It is understandable but we can only rely on available facts and my interpretation of the communications from Management is that there is still life in the deal scenario. The financial lever is very negative unless options are activated but I do wonder if BP’s are asking for additional information to reinforce NDA content and are prepared to provide support as part of a deal. All this is speculation and based on the fact that current share price must be well short of the the IP and potential developed over 20+ years.
