From the quarterly...clearly says "acheived" - the timeline is for major approvals not all approvals. All good as far as I can see but of course there can be more - I'm no expert.

The major permits and approvals required to commence mining at Ovoot have been achieved,which included obtaining a mining license, approved Feasibility Study, and approved DEIA.Commencement of mining operations is subject to achieving approvals and financing for thedownstream infrastructure required to implement the OCCP.
