I personally don't care when or what time this particular announcement was released, we all knew ADN had enough monies to see the deadline out for the Merricks announcement.

As for the timing of the SP increase, I put it down to nothing more than those that know the expected timelines would have put at a very minimum of 6-8 weeks for any confirmation of a deal being signed. This then gave these investors time to see if the SP dropped any further, plus it was clear that retail, especially when reading HC, were never going to get the SP to 0.001c. Why would the SP potentially drop further though, retail selling, or forced sellers like we have seen with that Radio Mob and Buratu likely selling to meet his minimum pension requirements. The other obvious point was, IMO, there were only a small number of shares on the ask side below 0.015c if you want to take a decent position, so they have waited a month and have entered before someone else either buys what I consider cheap shares, or the announcement drops, and the SP jumps 50%/100%. No leaky ships blah blah blah.
