Awesome posts. Thank you for the correction of my layman's terms trying to correct the real misinformation peddled here by the rookie. Nice to have someone here with real insite into the EPA process. Hope you stick around and comment again during this pivotal juncture in the EPA process, with both companies polishing off their ERD's for submission. At least AVL have the benefit to learn from TMT's omissions. IMO TMT will finally get it through (which could/should unlock NAIF $): AVL - maybe 50/50 considering it's mining/CMB only.
Success for either company bodes well for the other.
