My apologies .... it was @Gentrax back in October 2021 .... he posted this after he had spoken to '2 litigators' about lack of disclosure and misleading statements:
I am no lawyer either, but from what I have been advised from my initial discussion with 2 litigators is that the lack of disclosure or misleading statements can also constitute serious action.
