AGY have tried and proven they cannot scale the 2k plant.

Those with "lab tests", haven't tried and failed like AGY have.

Anyone with half a brain could tell the lab tests would be the less riskier investment, as AGY have categorically proven they cannot scale their 2ktpa operation that cost +$40m and counting.

Also RE DFS, once again you prove you've lied about your credentials. There's a reason why nobody has put up a cent of cash to fund the 2ktpa, let alone the 10ktpa. Nor any sign of an offtake. The project is not financially viable. A DFS would confirm this, but why produce this information to the detriment of the company?

Besides the DFS or any updated feasibility studies for that matter (which btw was meant to be delivered last year), I'd love to know how you think AGY can raise $300+ Million to construct the 10ktpa plant. JZ has shown no realistic plans in obtaining this kind of funding, but somehow you think it's commonplace for a sub $60m company (and falling) to raise $300 million worth of interest, being 5x what the company is worth. Notwithstanding these funds to be an investment to fund an expansion that is unable to scale.
