Possibly the market is missing any significant price catalyst. Or perhaps the market is missing the elusive JV partner that they are seeking. What shareholders aren't missing are capital losses as this baby has steadily dropped 90% since listing and options have expired and are worthless.
Has potential, but a long way to go and the risks are high.
