Firstly, it's just my perception ... but I suggested this due to the fact that this is a very illiquid (low volume share) ... and there are very small volume trades at higher prices (jumping the gaps) increasing the share price, which give the perception that the share price is actually rising ... when in actual fact the majority of the volume is selling down and the share price is actually falling due to selling pressure (when you consider the larger / higher value trades).
A small amount of money can keep pushing the share price up and make it look like it is moving up and something is about to happen. Who knows, it may even be a seller doing this in order not to make his selling pressure push the share price to far down.
As stated, only by perception, which may be wrong ... and at the end of the day time will tell.
