TCG, I totally agree.
I had a stack of options ... which I decided not to exercise (contrary to Directors exercising) thinking along the same lines. The Director's have a vested interest and can exercise their options from the money they have received and milked (through their remunerations) from other innocent shareholders.
How many shares (and more importantly at what price) will be issued to "potential investor" as announced 17 September 2015. Hopefully "potential investor" is a little more astute than myself, before they commit their hard earned funds.
I think they just want to sit on this deposit and do as little as possible ... and use interest from new shareholders for additional funds ... to do nothing, except earn a living for themselves.
I have bitten the bullet ... realised my mistake and loss and moved on!
