I also wish they could wave a magic wand and BOOM gold ore is going out and money is rolling in, but as a chef I know for a smooth service its all about the preparation and unfortunately that does take time......especially when there's council and Health & Safety involved! I feel the progress in the last 12 months has been as good as can be expected and the actual reward is not too far away now, if you think on how close they are now with two years of working capital in the bank then why would they not achieve the end goal? I just can't see it not happening. If I had more money to invest I would....but as I said I'm just a broke ass chef!
