Of course the odds of success are low.
I find it more than curious however that time & time again relatively inexperienced & young companies achieve way better results than Sipa.
Those diligent, professional, highly regarded people are also very well rewarded for what they do. With little to no risk of actually losing their jobs.
I suppose you also think that years & years of having 4 & 5 directors on the board was also justified. When the legally required 3 would have been more than sufficient.
